She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond E. Mattingly; her son Arthur Chick; and her siblings, Mary Zalewski and Valentine George Domagalski. She is survived by: her children, Sarah Mattingly and Ryan Mattingly (Whitney Gutierrez). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
