She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Garey and Mary Garey. She is survived by: her husband Dan Zimmerman; and her children, Cherie Zeedyk (Brook) and Jamie Zimmerman (Tina). She is also survived by four grandchildren; and six siblings.
A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Advantage Highland Park Chapel (2403 E Wallen Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46825).
