We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2019, at the age of 59, Donna Jo Potts (Harlan, Indiana), born in Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband David L. Potts of Harlan; her grandchildren, Tiffany A. Potts (Tony Helland) of Fort Wayne and JoAnn M. Rayl (Rich) of Indianapolis, IN; and her siblings, Jayden Rayl of Indianapolis, IN and D. C. Potts of Fort Wayne.
