He was predeceased by : his wife Joyce Elane Schwarztkopf; and his grandson Jamie Fadely. He is survived by : his children, James Micheal Fadely (Kimberly) of Hartford City, Chris Levesque (Lynn) of Albuquerque and Christina McIntosh (Brian) of Alamogordo; his grandchildren, Nicholas Fadely, Tanaya Franklin, Danny Fadely, Brently Levesque and Natile Mirabal; and his sister Louise. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
