With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Diane Louise Hammond of Hartford City, Indiana, born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on January 11, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Frank Eugene Conkle; her son James Thomas Hammond Jr.; and her brother Frank Eugene Conkle Jr.. She is survived by : her mother Jo-Anne Louise Conkle (Nixon) of Logan, Ohio; her husband James Thomas Tom'Hammond of Hartford City; her children, Jennifer Louise Heine (Michael) of Hartford City, Janine Ann Ruffo of Hartford City and Justin Keith Hammond (Lisa Gozelanczyk) of Ashtabula, Ohio; her grandchildren, Jared Heine (Lauren Brock), Jessica Sharp (Jordan), Jacob Heine (Bre), Derek Shirey (Rachel), Darren Shirey, Lily Hammond, Airyella Hammond and Benjamin Hammond; and her sister Pamela Born (Michael) of Athens, OH. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
