She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Lee Johnson and Hazel Lindsay Johnson (Hart); her husband John Riley Cupp; and her siblings, James D. Johnson, Thomas "Butch" Johnson, Virgil Lee Johnson, Harry R. Johnson, Frederick "Fred" H. Johnson, George W. Johnson, Betty Michael, Carrie Ann Johnson and Harriet Bragg.
She is survived by: her pets, Porky, Dobby and Hermione; and her children, Kathy J. Cox of Marion, Michael W. McCoin (Teri) of Hartford City, Pam F. Hogan (Chris) of Rockingham, NC, Jeff C. and Teresa. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Keplinger Funeral Home (509 N High St, Hartford City, IN 47348). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
