He is survived by: his parents, Robert "Bob" John Banter and Teresa Lynn Banter (Willmann) of Hartford City; his brother Grant R.; his sister-in-law Kalan Banter of Muncie; his nephews, Cayden Lannom and Brooks Banter; his grandmother Peggy A. Willmann of Hartford City; and his aunts and uncles, Tracey (Geoff Witt), Teri (Rick Charnley), Charlene (Steve Maddox) and Keith Harvill. He is also survived by several great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins and second cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Keplinger Funeral Home (509 N High St, Hartford City, IN 47348).
