With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jennifer Lynn Clamme MD (Hartford City, Indiana), born in Mount Clemens, Michigan, who passed away on June 26, 2023 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by : her parents, Daniel G. Hammond and Margaret Hammond (Bell) of Hartford City; her husband Matthew B. Clamme of Hartford City; her children, Jacob A. Clamme of Hartford City, Kathryn E. Clamme-Robinson (Jonathon) of Hartford City and Allison C. Clamme of Hartford City; her siblings, Jessica, Nathan Lickey of Anderson and Jared Hammond of Hartford City; her parents-in-law, Mike and Judy Clamme of Hartford City; her grandparents-in-law, John and Bernice Fear; and her siblings-in-law, Scott A. and Shay Clamme of Hartford City. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
