It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jon Oswalt (Hartford City, Indiana), born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on October 11, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Oswalt and Mary Oswalt (Howard). He is survived by: his wife Ann (McCreery); his daughter Courtney; and his siblings, Pam Balle of Ohio and Robert Oswalt of Florida. He is also survived by 2 nephews and 2 nieces plus additional great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Waters Funeral Home (501 W Washington St, Hartford City, IN 47348). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
