It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Bilbrey (Hartford City, Indiana), who passed away on November 15, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Valentine and Norma Jean Valentine; her adoptive father Ernest (Virginia Bell); her son-in-law Aaron Pullum; and her siblings, Tammy Valentine, Penny Johnson and Tommy Bell.
She is survived by: her husband Hollis Bilbrey, Jr.; and her daughters, Heather Monroe (Jason), Holly Pullum and Jennifer Bilbrey.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Waters Funeral Home (501 W Washington St, Hartford City, IN 47348). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
