She is survived by: her husband Phillip N. Walters Jr. "Phil" of Hartford City, Her; and her children, Bethami Skinner of Muncie, Aaron Sutton of Muncie, James Sutton of Alabama, April Walter of Florida, Angel Walters of Muncie and Philip Walters. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 1 great grandson; her siblings.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Blackford County Senior Citizens Center (101 S Mill St, Hartford City, IN 47348).
