Russell (Burling) of Dunkirk; his children, Amber Waller (Cory) of Anderson, Brad Liggett (Jenera) of Hartford City and Ron Liggett (Tracee) of Eaton; and his brother Charles Bradford Russell (Ann) of Umatilla, FL.. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
