He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph A. Witwer and Margaret Koontz Witwer. He is survived by: his siblings, Walter H. Witwer of Oak Ridge, TN and Barbara Zihlman (Joe) of Mission, TX; and his close friends, Bill, Belinda Carr, Bob and Betty Miller.
Due to Covid-19, restrictions in the Funeral Home include: social distancing at 6 feet and face masks are required.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in honor of Doyle to the American Legion Post 430.
