She is survived by: her son John Poczatek (Patricia); her grandchildren, Darrin Poczatek and Jennifer Samyn (John); her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Jacob, Toni, Joseph, Tanner and Isabella; and her siblings, Gerald Moore, Sandra Walker (Dennis) and Judy Cavalier (John). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
