He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Tanner and Dorothy Hunt. He is survived by: his wife Estrella B. Tanner; his children, Kevin Tanner and Kimberly Menge; and his stepchildren, Jason Reese (Lauren) and Stacie Reese. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter.
