He is survived by: his significant other Carol Ann Kalka; his sons, Jeffery (Jae Jump), Michael (Carrie), Stephen and Christopher (Lori); his grandchildren, Natalie, Jordan, Savannah, Alexis, Isaiah and Jonah; his great grandchild Ryan; his siblings, Sam Curatolo (Linda) and Sharon Hammond; and his siblings-in-law, Norbert Kalka and Elaine Kruk. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
