He is survived by: his children, Tami Smolen (Ron), Dawn Czaja, Shawn Czaja and Greg Czaja (Melanie); his brother Richard Czaja (Virginia); his grandchildren, Lauren Czaja, Claire Guernsey, Cassie Smolen, Mitchell Smolen and Payton Czaja; and his pet Trixie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
