She is survived by: her children, Thomas Zapinski (Sau), Terry Zapinski (Cheryl), Trish Dal Santo (Jim) and Nancy Jaeger; her granddaughter Dr. Jennifer Zamora (Alex); her daughters, Dr. Dawn Zapinski (Tony Adams) and Rachel Pitt; her grandsons, John Zapinski (Jennifer), Terry Zapinski, Jr., James Zapinski, Dominic Dal Santo (Amanda), Daniel Dal Santo and T. J. Jaeger (Amanda Duvall); her great grandchildren, Renee Zapinski (Sam Winnenberg), Alyssa Strickland (Sebastian), Lauren Zapinski, Camryn Zapinski, Sarah Pruzin, Aliyah Saliek, Allie Zamora, Harlee Pitt, Isabella Zamora, Evan Pruzin and Colton Pitt; and her sister-in-law Virginia Such.
