He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Lewis and Bertha Lewis (Kumley); and his wife Sandra Richardson (Hillbilly). He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Miller (Michael) of Fort Wayne and Lynette Miller (John) of Monroeville; his grandchildren, Jason Stoner, Nicole Miller, Joshua Miller, Jorden Miller and Megan Miller; and his siblings, Bill Lewis and Shirley Lewis. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 7:00 AM and on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hope United Methodist Church (6608 Hoagland Rd, Hoagland, IN 46745). A reception will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Family and Friends Will Follow After the Funeral Service (3516 Broadway, Fort Wayne, IN 46807).
