He is survived by his wife of 58 years-Barbara; children-Sharon Foster, Wendy Harter, Karen (Andrew) Pachovas, Pamela (John) Horg and C. Lee (Vicky); grandchildren-Owen and Sarah Harter-Handy, Drew Pachovas, Ashlee (Chad) Wright and Brooke Harter, William Harter, Harold Harter; many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the or the Masonic Temple Children's Hospital.
