He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Metz; his daughter Pamela Hamilton; and his sister Dorothy. He is survived by: his son Michael Metz (Cathy) of Steven Metz; and his grandchildren, Nicole Owens (Ashley), Courtney Hanes-Metz (Zach), Alex Metz (Halie) and Ashley Metz. He is also survived by step grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
