She was predeceased by: her husband David B. Smythe, Sr.; and her siblings, Charles, Richard, Ruth and Jacob.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Spain (Dennis), Muriel Ramirez (Jim), David Smythe (Claudia), Daniel Smythe, Margie Weiss (Larry), Ronald J. Smythe and Tim Smythe; and her brother Randall Yager (Mary). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and many great grandchildren.
