She was predeceased by: her son Christopher Alan Pell. She is survived by: her husband Frank Chervenko; her daughter Brooke Miller (Scott) of Staunton; her grandchildren, Alexandria Acosta of Chicago, Christian Whitt of Staunton, IN and Morghan Miller of Staunton, IN; her parents, Lula Belle Lorenze (John) of Brazil, IN and Donald Smith (Carolyn) of Holiday, FL; her siblings, Terri Boor of Evanslville, IN, Michael Smith (Connie) of Morgantown, IN, Donald Smith of Greenwood, IN and John Lorenze of Rockville, IN; her stepsiblings, John Lorence of Black Hawk, IN and Diane Smith (Doug) of Sachse, TX; and her sister-in-law Laura Lunsford (Wayne) of St. Bernice, IN. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
