She is survived by: her sister Rose Etta Meadors of Crystal River; her nephews, Michael Dean (Tina) of Hope, IN, Richard Lee Phillips (Dorinda) and Bradley Dean Phillips (Anna) of Seymour, IN.; her grandchildren, Tanner H. Dean (Audrey) of Franklin, IN, Mason Bradley Dean of Hope, Carsen Rose Dean of Athens, GA, Michael Wayne Osborne (Jerri) of Mitchell, IN and Peyton Phillips of Seymour, IN.; her great grandchildren, Jordyn Jo Dean of Franklin, Lilah Ann Dean of Plainfield, IN, Justice and Jozi Osborne of Mitchell, IN.; and her half-siblings, Carlise, Arnold, Lola and Opal of Harlan, Kentucky..
