She was predeceased by : her parents, Freeman and Olean Mitchell (Schnarr); her husband Jesse R. Polen; and her brothers, Amos, Bob, Wayne and Clayton Polen.
She is survived by : her son Jesse Dale Polen (Sue) of Huntingburg; her granddaughters, Angie Schue (Clint) and Monica Giles (Jeromy); her great grandchildren, Collin Schue, Kristen Voegerl (Bryce), Jarret Giles, Cameron Giles and Jace Giles; and her great great grandchildren, Kynzlee, Kortlyn and Madilyn.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Good Samaritan Society - Northwood Retirement Community.
