He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Baker and Louise Baker (Fulcher); and his sister Nellie Jones. He is survived by: his former wife Rebecca; his wife Marilyn; his son Jon Baker (Sherry); his stepson Gary Tooley (Kathy); his siblings, Tony Baker and Terri Frederick (Dale); his grandchildren, Melissa Burgess (Tyler), Sabrina Martin (Tim), Cameron Tooley and Mallory Tooley; and his great grandchildren, Levi, Josephine, Myles and Maleah.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to P.A.W.S., PO Box 63, Petersburg, Indiana, 47567.
