It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Abenath of Huntington, Indiana, who passed away on March 31, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Gavin and Edna Gavin (Bennett); her husband Elton W. Abenath Sr.; and her siblings, Barb Gavin, Connie LaFollette, Bob, Bill and Jerry Gavin.
She is survived by: her sons, Mike Abenath of Huntington and Elton Abenath Jr. of Huntington. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
