He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred and Bruce; and his wives, Bren and Darlene. He is survived by: his sister Pamela Dopkins (Dale) of Hampshire, IL; his friend Connie McDaniel; and his children, Mark McDaniel (April), Mollie McDaniel Mowery (Tom), Andrew McDaniel and Nikki Barnes (Matt Tumbleson). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
On Wednesday, April 15, 2020, the friendly cynic Bruce McDaniel, 71, proved to the world that he knew exactly when to fold 'em by leaving us quietly in the middle of a global pandemic.
