It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Susie Hoffman of Huntington, Indiana, born in Fulton, Indiana, who passed away on December 14, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Marion and Susie Irene Carithers (Waldsmith); her husband William Allen Hoffman; her grandson Christopher Paul Hoffman; and her siblings, Phyllis Pugh, Barbara Prudden and James Carithers.
She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Irene Hoffman of Huntington, Claudia Sue Hoffman of Huntington, Christy Lynn Hoffman of Huntington, Mark Allen Hoffman (Sue) of Huntington and William Paul Hoffman (Chris Tackett) of Huntington; her grandchildren, Trisha Kelley (David), Kendra McGlothin (Pat), Danny Reddin (Wanda), Jeremy Carr, Jenny Rogers (Chris), Deric Ehler (Danielle), Lyndee Ehler (Broch Stevens) and Rodney Berry; her great grandchildren, Addison, MacKenzie, Lilian Kelley, Dakota Johnson (Krista), Ethan Johnson, Nathaniel, Devon, Zach, Connor Reddin, Kristyn Bowers, Jacey Carr, Kianna Jennings, Carson, Briella Ehler, Raegan Haupert, Shaylyn, Aaliyah Lujon and Tori Reddin; her great great grandchild Everleigh Johnson; and her sister Bonnie Lea Hammond of Wewahichka, FL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
