He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Werstler and Elsie Werstler (Campbell). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Gebhart; his children, Dawn Storck (Larry) of Auburn and Gary Werstler of Fort Wayne; and his granddaughter Paige Storck.

Memorial donations can be made out to Visiting Nurse and Hospice or Manchester Veterinary Clinic both in care of Myers Funeral Home, 2901 Guilford Street, Huntington, IN 46750.
