She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Gholson and Lola Helen Gholson (Huff); her former husbands, Delbert L. Burton, Sr. and Robert W. Dolby; her spouse Jerry L. Busenburg; and her siblings, Verlan, Wendell Gholson and Mary Sue Marshall.
She is survived by: her children, Delbert Burton, Jr. (Deb) of Auburn, Rick Burton (Audra) of Columbus, OH, Anita Runion of Huntington and Deanna Burton (Eric Cole) of Woodstock, GA; and her siblings, Bobby Gholson (Janie) of Burnside, KY, Gale Gholson of Somerset, KY, Edna Simpson (Roy) of Waco, KY and Ivalee Meece (Bobby) of Somerset, KY. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
