He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Shipbaugh and Carlene Shipbaugh (Slusser). He is survived by: his siblings, Judy Cross (Jeff) of Huntington, Linda Barr (Bob) of Huntington and Jeff Shipbaugh of Huntington; his siblings' children, Brandi Cross of Fort Wayne, Eric Cross (Jessica) of Yorktown and Mike Overhollser (Kim) of Huntington; his great-nephew Matthew Overhollser; and his great-niece Makenzie Overhollser.
