She is survived by: her husband Philip Smith; her children, Micala Lusch of Fort Wayne, IN and Jasmine Lusch (Jake Mortimore) of Attica, IN; her siblings, Ben Smith of Huntington, IN, Pat Kelsey (Terry) of Huntington, IN and Steve Harrison (Linda) of Elliotsville, IN.; her grandchildren, Bentley, Kenley, Mariah and Owen; her stepchildren, Chris Smith and Noelle Hunter; and her siblings' children, Alivia Eiting, Nick Grodrian, Emma, Evan, Ethan Kelsey, Ian Harrison (Lindsey) and Ryan Harrison (Laura).
