He was predeceased by: his father Terrance Cozad; and his brother Paul Cozad. He is survived by: his mother Rebecca Cozad (Harness); his children, Jordan Cozad of Huntington, IN, Austin (Virginia) and Americus Cozad of Huntington, IN; his brother Chris Cozad of Huntington, IN; and his granddaughter Zayannah Cozad.
