He was predeceased by: his parents, Vaughn Hibbert and Ruth Hibbert (Garber). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann L. Frantz; his children, James Hibbert (Kristi Garcia) of Roanoke, Philip Hibbert of Huntington, Sandra Sindelar (Rick) of Ft. Myers, FL and Kimberly Smith (Paul) of Ft. Wayne; and his grandchildren, Amber, Chelsey, Cheyann, Levi, Jocelyn, Lucas, Caleb, Melissa, Justin, Ashley and Chelsi. He is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren.
