He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Rockwell and Florence Ruth Fisher (Platt); his wife Peggy Jean Rockell; his granddaughter Lindsey Marie Rockwell; and his siblings, Fran Campbell, LeRoy Rockwell and Maurice Fisher.
He is survived by: his sons, Eric (Lisa) of Coldwater and Todd (Diane) of Liberty Center, Indiana; his sister Mary Alice Thompson (Ray) of Adrian, Michigan; his grandchildren, Erika Philley (Tyler), Alexandra Lawrence (Austin), Drew, Ella and Derek Rockwell; and his great grandchildren, Asher, Carter and Eva.
