He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Dice-Small and Mary June Dice-Small (White); and his niece Laura Jolliff. He is survived by: his sisters, Joyce L. Bell (James) of LaFontaine and Janis M. Dice of Fort Wayne; and his niece Sheena Bell of Van Buren.
