He was predeceased by : his parents, Arlene Della Vecchia (McCauley) and Joseph J. Della Vecchia Sr.; and his daughter Danielle M. Della Vecchia. He is survived by : his wife Mary Schwartz; his son Joseph J. Della Vecchia III; his siblings, James McCann (Jennifer) of Ridley Park, PA, Trish Cameron (Jay) of Gloucester City, Charlene Newby (Tim) of Chadds Ford, PA and Amy McCann of Broomall, PA.; and his stepchildren, J. P. Waters, Crystal Waters, Payton Kipp, Steven Hamblen and Samara Boen.
