He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dewight Stenzel and Mary Alice Stenzel (Stern); his wife Debbie Pitser; his siblings-in-law, Judy Wright (Gale) of Dunkirk, IN, Jo Pitser (Lesa) of Muncie, IN, Jean Pitser of Winter Garden, FL, Janie Pitser of Muncie, IN and Jon Pitser (Shelley) of New Milford, CT; his sibling's children, Stacy Nance (Jimmy) of Sumter, SC, Jacob and Alex Pitser; his great-nephews, Graeson and Derek Smith; and his children, Connie Stenzel and Phillip Allen Stenzel. He was also cherished by cousins and friends.
