She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyril Burns and Georgia Burns (Richison); her son Philip James Wells; her brother Max Burns; and her sister-in-law Martha Ruth Burns.
She is survived by: her husband Tim Wells of Huntington, IN; her children, Ben Wells (Tracy) of Winchester, IN, Jon Wells (Ginger) of Muscatine, IA, Joseph Wells (Tiffany) of Holgate, OH and Heather Wells of Huntington, IN; her siblings, Martha Brown (Mark) of Huntington, IN and Mark Burns (Joanna) of South Bend, IN; and her grandchildren, Heidi White (Sean) of Muncie, IN, Hannah Doctor (Joseph) of Grand Forks, ND, Haileigh Nissley of Huntington, IN, Colton Wells of Winchester, IN, Karli Wells of Winchester, IN, Tyler Dean of Muscatine, IA, Nick Wells of Denton, TX, Felicity, Lyric, Daniel and Emma.
