She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Straub and Elizabeth Straub (Bowman); and her sister Penny Jedrysek. She is survived by: her husband Larry Zembala; her sons, Alex Zembala (Kia) of Fort Wayne, IN and Kyle Zembala (Brittany); her siblings, John Straub (Linda) of LaPorte, IN, Dan Earl (Karen) of LaPorte, IN, Sandy Burkhart of LaPorte, IN and Cherie Fuller of LaPorte, IN; and her grandchildren, Brenten, Emmsley and Killian.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Donor's choice in care of McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, IN 46750.
