Melba I. Jackson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melba I. Jackson of Huntington, Indiana, who passed away on March 26, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Melba I. Jackson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry A. Thorn and Daisy Mae Thorn (Howey); her husband Gerald G. Jackson; her siblings, Clayton Thorn, Retta Smith, Doris Opal Murray and Ruth Crago; and her son-in-law Steven D. Platt.
She is survived by: her daughter Peggy Platt of Huntington; her grandchildren, Ty Platt (Brenda) of Huntington and Polly Grismore (Dan) of Fort Wayne; and her great grandchildren, Kyle Platt (Carley), Konner Platt, Kalee Platt and Abbigail Throop (Devin).
