Goetz, Jr.; her sons, Michael Charles Goetz (Kari) and Steven John Goetz (Christine) of Kendallville, IN; and her siblings, Ronald Ott (Melanie) of Rochester, NY and Barbara (Robert). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
