It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Thomas Sonnigsen of Huntington, Indiana, born in Wabash, Indiana, who passed away on August 9, 2021, at the age of 33, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Susie Blair, John Sonnigsen and D. Lucile Sonnigsen; and his brother Kedrick J. Sonnigsen. He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Sonnigsen and Judi Sonnigsen (Blair) of Bluffton; his wife Lonna Sonnigsen of Huntington; his children, Trace Wyatt Sonnigsen of Decatur, Addison, Cheyenne, Clayton Sonnigsen of Linn Grove, Kyllie Perkins and Gabriel Tucker of Huntington; his brothers, Tyler Sonnigsen (Heather) of Uniondale and Todd Sonnigsen (Cassandra) of Fort Wayne; and his grandfather Tommie Blair of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and many cousins.
Memorials may be made in Phillip's memory to help his children and should be payable to Judi Sonnigsen.
