We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2019, at the age of 90, Phyllis Jean Dailey (Huntington, Indiana) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phyllis Jean Dailey to pay them a last tribute.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, John Benjamin and Maudess Helen Tschantz (Poland); her husband Ralph E. Dailey of Columbia City; and her children, Terry L. Dailey of Huntington and Rebecca Dailey of Indianapolis. She was also cherished by four great grandchildren.

Memorial donations can be made out to Parkview Hospice or Zion United Methodist Church in care of Myers Funeral Home, 2901 Guilford Street, Huntington, IN 46750.
