She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Harness and Armella Harness (McDonald); her husband Terrance Cozad; her sons, Paul Cozad and Jason D. Cozad; and her siblings, Rob Harness and Marsha Anders.
She is survived by: her son Chris Cozad of Huntington, IN; and her sisters, Lynn Black of Huntington, IN and Betty (Paul). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
