He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Shenefield and Loretta Shenefield (Peterson); his siblings, Larry, Mark, Charlie, Carl, Ray, Maurice Shenefield, Barb Shenefield and Nancy Coverstone; and his granddaughter Kristi Rene Beaty.
He is survived by: his wife Serena Dillman; his children, Gary Shenefield (Diana) of Greenfield, IN, Richard Shenefield (Penny) of Huntington and Teresia Beaty (Lynn) of Huntington; and his siblings, Sam Shenefield (Carolyn) of Huntington and Madge Rogers of Seymore, IN. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
