He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Floyd and Nellie Floyd (Smith); his wife Barbara Miller; his brothers, Paul Floyd and Mark Floyd; Artis Johnson, Esther Hosier, Charlene Williams and Marciel Bear.
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Richard Miller (Diane) of Andrews, IN; and his friends, Lynn and Ann Pittenger of Huntington, IN.. He is also survived by 6 nieces, 5 nephews.
