She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard P. Lee and Martha Lee (Stewart); her daughters, Michelle Hamilton and Amy Harvey; and her siblings, Stewart Richard Lee, Patricia Lee, Saundra Sue Ellet and Rebecca Lou Huff.
She is survived by: her spouse Efford Hamilton; her daughter Lori Smith of Fort Wayne, IN; her grandchildren, Gage Girvin, Elizabeth Harvey, Alexandra Howard (Jacob) and Sophia Smith; and her great grandchild London Girvin.
