He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul H. Scher and Geraldine Scher (Baltes); and his wife Margaret Anne Williams. He is survived by: his daughter Angela R. Scher; and his sister Paula Guthrie of Indianapolis, IN.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
